TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS, TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Trip application is required for reservation and we would need 40% of full payment per person as a deposit to confirm your reservation, and the balance 30 days prior to departure.
In order to make sure that we have all the paperwork in order before departure, and that we can have the guides and vehicles of your choice, our deadline for the booking as well as full payment is 30 days before departure.
The cost of delays is not included if any trips has to be delayed because of bad weather, road condition, river levels, transportation delays, government intervention, sickness or other contingency for which Voyage Unique Mongolie LLC or its agents and partners can not make provision.
All your services will be booked after you transfer the deposit.
Tour Cancellation Policy
- Up to 60 days before departure US$150 per person
- 59 to 45 days before departure US$200 per person
- 44 to 30 days before departure US$300 per person
- 29 to 15 days before departure US$400 per person
- 14 to 9 days before departure US$500 per person
- Less than 8 days before departure and no show-up up to 50-100% of tour cost
No partial refund will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips or trek arrangements for any reason whatsoever. Land Cost is quoted as a package and credit are not given for unused services.
Responsibilities of Trip Members
Voyage Unique Mongolie LLC reserves the right to withdraw such a tour or any part of it, to alter the itinerary if necessary, to refuse to accept or retain any tour member for any reason whatsoever, and to pass on to tour members any undue expenses incurred through delays or events beyond their control, either directly in Mongolia, or, if after the event, through the depositor herein with whom the tour members have booked the tour. On advancement of deposit to Voyage Unique Mongolie LLC the depositor therefore agrees to be bound by the above cited terms and conditions.
